White Choc, Cranberry & Macadamia TRUFFLES...
Decadent little balls of Christmas with creamy white chocolate, tart cranberry, and a crunch of macadamia.
All this - encased in a little coconut.
 I know you will LOVE these Christmas treats...
Prepare your ingredients as per the recipe...
 Add the chopped macadamia nuts to the creamed white chocolate mixture.
Then fold through the dried cranberries.
Chill the mixture for an hour.
When firm, roll into teaspoon size balls, the roll in coconut.
 Place your best Christmas table runner on the coffee table...
 Add a Christmas decoration to the platter of truffles...
