Lime Custard Mini Cakes...

The lime tree is prolifically fruiting...
Every year there are sooooo many limes.

But that is a great excuse to make lime treats:

 like
Lime Custard Mini Cakes.

They are so cakey and delicious!

And that icing...

OH MY GOODNESS
It is heaven!

Easy to whip up using a cake mixer.

And quick to bake too.

For a special occasion ice roses on top.

Actually - for any occasion ice roses on top!
Because they just look so beautiful!
If you want to know how to make icing roses
pop over HERE.

Put pretty serviettes on your tray...

And the cakes on an even prettier plate.
 You'll find the recipe HERE.

  11. I have a lemon farm so I think this is close enough. Lemons instead of Limes and I'm ready to go to the kitchen with this one. Thank you Tracey. Pinning and sharing and ... this is definitely sweet inspiration.
