Peanut White Choc Fudge...

When do you begin to think about Christmas giving?
Usually the end of September and through October I plan what I am going to create, and bake for gifts.
I avoid the last minute panic and dash.
That happened one Christmas when I was so unprepared,
nothing got made and it was a last minute shop for gifts.
Homemade is so much better and more cost effective too.
This fudge is definitely on the list for the peanut lovers.
Peanut white chocolate fudge is super simple to make.

Just melt white chocolate over hot water.

Add condensed milk...

Stir in peanut butter...

Press into a baking paper lined slice pan.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Remove from pan and cut into squares.
To gift: Box in blokey boxes for him,
or in pretty cellophane and tulle bunches tied with a ribbon for her.

  3. These will make wonderful Christmas gifts! I usually make a chocolate/almond fudge to give as gifts. People really look forward to it after they have received it a few years xo
